| Remarks | Vial 7808 contains mixture of cysts; vial 7809 contains juveniles. All slides are cone mounts. The molecular identification confirms this cyst nematode as Heterodera goetingiana. Although, due to morphological differences in tail terminus of juveniles being more pointed and presence of bullae in cysts, I had some reservations to call it Heterodera goettingiana but molecular results confirm it as Heterodera goettingina. |
